glenmore reservoir runI haven’t yet started marathon training; I actually plan on take a few weeks to enjoy some classes at the gym and do a few other things before I have to go full tilt at running again. So with that said, I turned on my iBootcamp trainer and he kicked my ass. You wouldn’t think a little man in the iPhone would have that kind of power, but he does. Those little 8 minute sessions are tough! I’m always a little sore (in a good way) afterward.

This past week I also mixed it up between running and biking. Wednesday I ran 5km, Thursday I ran 5km, Friday I biked 16km, Saturday I ran 5 km with Wedgie! and yesterday I biked 30.28km. I’ve also started back to plank-a-day. Oh the aching! It’s been a lot of fun to just do my own thing for a bit, but having a goal (MARATHON) leaves me less anxiety. You see, I am definitely one of those people (there are many of us) who needs a goal to keep going. Im still looking for a marathon training schedule, so if you have one to share – please do! ๐Ÿ™‚
