Protein Bars on Sunday

- 3/4 cup pitted dates
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp chocolate protein powder
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup raw pecansBlend all ingredients in food processor. Roll into bars! ( Makes 5 bars)
